Our client needed an interactive training lab to make their programs more effective. The goal was to create a hands-on, immersive experience. Participants could engage directly with the material, practice real-world skills, and get immediate feedback. This approach helped them better understand complex surgeries. The lab also bridged the gap between theory and practice. By using simulations and live demonstrations, the client improved outcomes, boosted confidence, and better prepared participants for real-world challenges.

The client needed a reliable way to broadcast live training sessions from the lab to the entire Expo Hall. All attendees, whether inside the lab or elsewhere, needed to fully engage with the content. The venue hosted many types of events, so the AV system had to support different use cases. It also needed to be simple enough for staff to run without outside support.

What did we do to solve it?

We implemented a networked video distribution system that could display many types of content. This included presentations, cameras, surgical robots, digital signage, speakers, and live demonstrations. The system allowed any source to appear on any screen across the Expo Hall.

We also added a wireless presentation system and microphones to support different event setups. Interactive touchscreens at each viewing area gave users simple, intuitive control. Digital signage at key locations created a self-guided experience when live sessions were not running. This kept the space accessible and engaging at all times.

By delivering a seamless live streaming solution, we helped the client expand the reach of their training. Participants across the hall could follow along in real time. This approach increased engagement and made valuable insights available to a larger audience. It also improved the overall impact of the event.
