We helped a private high school create a dedicated E-Sports room designed to engage students through teamwork, technology, and competitive gaming. The school wanted to offer an exciting, modern program that encourages collaboration and digital skills while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment.
To bring their vision to life, we provided a complete technology package—including 13 gaming computers, headsets, keyboards, mice, and mouse pads—along with four Nintendo Switch consoles, controllers, and a selection of popular games. We also upgraded their network infrastructure and prepped the room to handle the increased performance demands of an E-Sports setup. The result is a dynamic and inspiring space that supports students’ growth in both academics and teamwork through gaming.

What was the issue?

The school wanted to introduce an E-Sports program to encourage student engagement and teamwork but lacked the proper equipment and technical setup to support it. Their existing network couldn’t handle the high bandwidth required for gaming, and the room needed both physical and technical preparation before it could be used effectively. Without the right hardware, accessories, and network upgrades, the program couldn’t launch successfully.

What did we do to solve it?

We designed and implemented a turnkey E-Sports solution tailored for the school’s needs. Our team supplied and installed 13 high-performance gaming computers along with matching headsets, mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, and extended cloth mouse pads for each station. To diversify gameplay, we added four Nintendo Switch consoles with multiple games and controllers.
Behind the scenes, we upgraded the school’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable, low-latency connectivity and prepped the room for optimal layout and performance. The new E-Sports room now provides students with a professional-quality gaming environment that supports healthy competition, teamwork, and digital literacy—helping the school deliver on its mission to foster community and growth through innovation.
